The Monster of FlorenceThe Monster of Florence by Douglas Preston

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Douglas Preston and Mario Spezi work together in this book to try to find "The Monster of Florence"

I really did enjoy this book, except the end really pissed me off! The fact that they still to this day haven't found the real killer is ridiculous.... it shows that the Italian Police force is nothing compared to what we have here. Through-out the whole book all they do is basically grab random people and accuse them of being the murderer without actual evidence. It is obvious that in Italy a person is not innocent until proven guilty; they are guilty until proven innocent!

The Rime of the Ancient MarinerThe Rime of the Ancient Mariner by Samuel Taylor Coleridge

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

"Water, water, every where, And all the boards did shrink; Water, water, every where, Nor any drop to drink."

I enjoyed the actual poem about the Ancient Mariner.... the only problem I tended to have with the book was the other poems they put in the back of the book, they didnt really spark my interest

The Girl Who Played with Fire (Millennium, #2)The Girl Who Played with Fire by Stieg Larsson

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Mikael Blomkvist (Millenium publisher) decides to run an expose on a wide-ranging sex trafficking operation. Friends Die in the mitst. Lisbeth Salander is caught in the middle. Lisbeth is being forced to face everything in her dark and sad past; about her father, and being demmed "retarted" or "schizophrenic" even though she is neither!

This Book is filled with injustice and extreme sexual conduct! I was biting my nails all the way through, I couldn't wait to get my hands on the third and last book "The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets Nest"
